The issue has been confirmed with our instant bank payout (RTP) partner. We have disabled RTP payouts with that partner and are not seeing any issues with payouts currently.
Monitoring
We're seeing issues with one of our instant bank payout (RTP) partners, which may delay some RTP withdrawals. We've moved new RTP payouts to our other partners while we work with this one to fix it. Withdrawals already sent through this partner may take longer than usual to arrive.
